This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by the Toronto Community Housing Corporation ("TCHC") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of property management services as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the Deliverables").

Toronto Community Housing is requesting proposals for the effective and efficient delivery of property management services for a portfolio of residential units situated in the Toronto Community Housing buildings identified in this RFP. The properties are divided into six (6) geographical groupings (the "Groupings") of Toronto Community Housing buildings as further described in the Deliverables.

Toronto Community Housing is looking for innovative and creative proposals that will improve operating effectiveness and efficiency, while maintaining property management specifications and/or related services, as well as achieving Toronto Community Housing's commitment to provide tenants with safe living environment, quality maintenance services and professional customer service.

Proponents may submit proposals for one or more Grouping(s).
