Len's appointment as Chief Executive Officer took effect on April 4, 2011. Len joined the company in September 2010 as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, and continues to perform these duties. 

Prior to joining Toronto Community Housing, Len was with a major health care services corporation operating in Canada and the United States for 22 years where he held senior management positions of Vice-President, Taxation, Treasurer, and Business Development. Len garnered extensive experience in taxation, accounting, auditing, and finance while working at KPMG, an international accounting firm from 1977 to 1985. Len holds an honours bachelor's in business administration from the Schulich School of Business, obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1979 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
