Deborah was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Toronto Community Housing in October 2010.

Deborah's most recent appointment was as Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President, Client Services for a not-for-profit organization where she led an integrated health services division providing nursing and home support services. Deborah also managed the community support programs where there was a focus on health and wellness programs for tenants living in supportive housing units.

Previously, Deborah was the Provincial Nursing Coordinator where she developed legislative and regulatory policy related to the Ministry's initiatives in health care.
