Tenant elections are one way of supporting tenant leadership in the Tenant Engagement System. Tenants have the opportunity to elect Tenant Representatives to represent them on the Neighbourhood Council. Tenants also nominate two Board of Directors positions and are part of Toronto Community Housing's Policy and program working group.
