Mandate:

The Tenant & Community Services Committee (the "Committee") is established as a committee of the Board. The purpose of the Committee is to assist the Board of Directors of Toronto Community Housing in fulfilling its responsibilities in respect of:

Community relations, tenant engagement and quality customer services;
Building cleanliness;
Community health, safety and security; and
Social investment (through an Advisory Committee, if needed).

Meeting Frequency:

Scheduled 6 times per year with a minimum quarterly occurrence.
