Mandate:

The Governance, Risk and Human Resources Committee (the "Committee") is established as a committee of the Board. The purpose of the Committee is to assist the Board of Directors of Toronto Community Housing in fulfilling its responsibilities in respect of:

  • Corporate governance;
  • Enterprise risk management;
  • Human resources, executive compensation, and talent management;
  • Strategic planning;
  • Government relations and corporate communications; and
  • Corporate compliance.
Meeting Frequency:
Scheduled 6 times per year with a minimum quarterly occurrence.
