Brian Kwan
Brian is a lawyer operating a general practice in Scarborough. As part of his work, he represents a broad range of clients on a wide assortment of legal matters including real estate, estate planning and corporate law.
Brian received his bachelor of laws degree from the University of Western Ontario, where he won the Harrison Pensa 2002 award in contract drafting for a first year law student. Before starting his own practice, Brian articled with a downtown Toronto law office, primarily practising criminal and real estate law. He appeared before numerous courts and tribunals, including the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal.
Brian has volunteered with the Mon Sheong Foundation, a Chinese Canadian charitable organization providing services to seniors and youth. He is a member of the Toronto Community Police Liaison Committee for 42 Division, where he works to improve community relations between local residents and members of the Toronto Police through education and community initiatives.
